Every purchase is important to us and we value that and we want to ensure your shopping experience cheerful. The Returns policy is somewhere related to the sellers’ product line policy. It is our effort to confirm that all the products sold on site are genuine and brand new. In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Description', we will serve you as per the Returns policy.

Returns are subject to the Seller's return policy. Returns are covered by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for sellers with aapnabazar, so for the fashion apparels the Replacement Guarantee is within 7 days of receiving of the product. For all other products the return will be within 15 days of receiving of the products.

  • -We ease the pickup process for you in case of returns. We prefer to pick up the return goods during delivery of replacement product (in case of replacement)
  • - In the case of out-of-delivery area, where return goods pick-up is not done through courier partner, then you can ship the same through other courier and the charges would be reimburse (domestic consignments), in case international location, this is negotiable.

There are certain exceptions in T&C:

  • -Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product; like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies.
  • -Anything missing from the package you received including price tags, labels, original packing and accessories etc. -Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • -Made-to-order / tailor made apparels
  • -Return request is made after the specified time frame


If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.


We recommend the exchange of apparels you are not satisfied with, for that you can request an exchange in a different size or color; subject to seller’s return policy. There is no extra cost to you.

Steps to follow for the return and replacements;
  • Create Return request
  • Go to 'My Orders'
  • Click 'Return' to open the Return Request form
  • Select 'Replacement' or 'Refund'
  • 'Item to be Returned' is picked up
  • The item you wish to return will be picked up from your doorstep.

SReplacement/Refund Initiated

Once the Seller receives the originally delivered item, a Replacement item is shipped or a full refund is issued.
